What is RPM FLOWS?
RPM is an acronym for Resilience, Purpose, and Meaning and is coupled with FLOWS [fun, love, oneness, wonderment, synchronicity]. The purpose of this perspective is to be alert to the holistic elements of functioning that we can tune and tweak on a daily basis. Recently, we have been having an awakening of sorts in how we approach our life, work, relationships, and the elements of RPM FLOWS. We have been reading a lot of work by some of our ancient and contemporary mystics and spiritual healers including Dyer, DeMello, Brown, Richardson, Aurelius, Mandela, Coelho, Gracian, Hopkins, Scovel Shinn, and Ruiz and many of their perspectives have been marinating in my mind, soul, and spirit. This reading, along with a deeper awakening via some critical life experiences in the last year and a half has helped me to combine my readings, life experiences, learned wisdom, and inner authentic messages into the coming blogs. In this transformative journey, we’ll delve into the realms of physical resilience, the cornerstone of your holistic well-being.
